Explore the Program
Early adolescence is a time for exploratory learning and the development of new skills: physical, social, and intellectual. The curriculum in each of the exploratory arts classes is designed to challenge students problem solving and critical thinking skills and to foster a greater sense of self-esteem.
In the Exploratory Arts courses students learn to use musical keyboards, computer technology, TV equipment, various art mediums, and available library resources to touch base on a few. One goal of the Exploratory Arts department is to make students begin to link up with the adult world through the awareness of new competencies and strengths that they have learned in our classes.
