I know it sounds like a dorky thing to do, but we went to see Vanilla Ice during our vacation! Ice is now a hardcore rap/metal artist - and not a bad one, at that! It was a blast. I will never forget the sheer weirdness of having Vanilla Ice (of all people)squirting bottles of water at me. At us. In a club. On the Jersey Shore. Life is crazy...;o)
