Ladies and Gentlemen:
I'd like to welcome you to the Reunion-2003. Everybody who had any affiliation with Moscow University MEXMAT-71 is invited: alumni, professors, their spouses, their children, friends even in-laws. We are expecting some people from MEXMAT-70 this year again.
This year our reunion will be held in the same place, Jiminy Peak resort in Berkshires, at the end of May on Memorial Day weekend.
Here are the details:
Dates: Friday 5/23/2003 - Monday (Memorial Day) 5/26/2003.
Best to come on Friday May 23 or Saturday May 24 (check-in time 4:00PM)
Best to leave on Monday morning, the Memorial Day (check-out time is 10:30AM)

Contact for reservations: Call 413-738-5500 and mention password "Moscow University Reunion". If you have a problem contact Dave Malachino (ext. 304), Sales Manager or send an email to us. Everybody makes his/hers reservation with a personal credit card, a deposit will be required at that time. Final payment will be charged upon departure.
Price: $114.00 per night per room (single or double occupancy, if you bring children into the same suite there will be a small additional fee). Local taxes are applicable.
Refundable up to 21 days prior to arrival minus 10% of reservation total. Less than 21 days prior = Non-Refundable
Reservations are the individual responsibilities of the guests and must be made before the end of March. There are only 20 rooms reserved specifically for this occasion (we cannot guarantee more than that) but usually we take around 25-30 rooms. So, just to be on a safe side, make your reservations now without delay.
Our traditional dinner will be on Saturday, May 24, around 7:00PM. Judging from the past experience, the administration of the restaurant suggested we make a buffet dinner, so the dishes will be ready and we will come to them instead of them to us. I think, it makes sense. There is a choice of up to three main entrees (pretty much, typical for this type of event, beef, chicken, fish of the same type we had before).
MOUNTAIN CLIMBING IS PLANNED FOR SUNDAY MORNING (time will be discussed later).
SOCCER GAME - MAYBE.
Please, bring your photo and video equipment, musical instruments, soccer ball. tennis rockets and so on.
