Ladies and Gentlemen:
We'd like to welcome you to the Reunion-2005. Everybody who had any affiliation with Moscow University MEXMAT-71 is invited: alumni, professors, their spouses, their children, friends even in-laws. We are expecting some people from MEXMAT-70 and 72 this year again.
This year our reunion will be held in the same place, Jiminy Peak resort in Berkshires, at the end of May on Memorial Day weekend.

Everybody makes his/hers reservation with a personal credit card, a deposit will be required at that time. Final payment will be charged upon departure.
Price: $122.00 per night per room (single or double occupancy, if you bring children into the same suite there will be a small additional fee). Local taxes are applicable (9.7%). The bellman and maid gratuities are not included and should be handled individually
Reservations are the individual responsibilities of the guests. Rooms are guaranteed up to a cut-off date of April 15. After that all noon-reserved rooms will be released into a general pool and new reservations will be made based on general availability.
There are only 25 rooms reserved guaranteed for this occasion (we cannot guarantee more than that) but usually we take around 30-35 rooms. So, just to be on a safe side, make your reservations now without delay.
Cancellation notice must be made prior to May 5, 2005 in order to return deposit minus 10% service fee. Less than 21 days prior = Non-Refundable
Our traditional dinner will be on Saturday, May 28, around 7:00PM. Most likely, it will be a buffet dinner, as usual. The restaurant has a new manager and a new chef. So, hopefully, it will be better than before. There will be a choice of up to three main entrees (pretty much, typical for this type of event, beef, chicken, fish of the same type we had before). Menu and price will be determined later on.
MOUNTAIN CLIMBING IS PLANNED FOR SUNDAY MORNING (time will be discussed later).
SOCCER GAME - MAYBE.
Please, bring your photo and video equipment, musical instruments, soccer ball. tennis rockets and so on.
