Yeshua's Light
Call: The Oneness of HaShem (YHVH, G-d)
- Not to blaspheme (revile); this includes false oaths according to our Church/leader (Ex.22.28, Cat.2148, 2150-2155, 2162-2163). The penalty for which is death, though Yeshua did not apply this to Himself but to the Shekhinah (Lev.24.16, Lk.12.10). Exactly why this is true when the Two are One might make an interesting study.
- Not to put the L-rd your G-d to the test as our forefathers did at Massah (Deut. 6.16, Cat.2119). Our Catechism teaches this “harbors doubt about His love, His providence, and His power”
- Not to profane G-d's Name or the abuse of the names of those in Heaven and this includes false promises made in His Name as well (Lev.22.32, Cat.2146-2147); see The Noahite.
- You will have no others gods but HaShem, our G-d. Please note that the Trinitarian Doctrine is not opposed to this (Ex.20.3, Cat.200-202). For details on this doctrine please see The Oneness of G-d. We hope to have a more in-depth study based on a Kabbalistic proof to this unity soon.
