Y was a childhood friend of INSANITY and almost a team member. She was given powers and told everything about X-POSURE by INSANITY, when new team member, SAND, warned there was betrayal in her. INSANITY telepathicaly went into her mind and erased all memories of X-POSURE and him being a mutant. He also undid the spell giving her powers. The only memories she has of INSANITY are of thir frinedship. There is no way of knowing fully is she was a traitor. But rather than jeoperdize the entire team, INSANITY did what her felt was right.
