FENYECK CHICKEN
Here is a chicken recipie
I devised
for the outdoor grill. In keeping with
more modern
Dietary concerns , skinless boneless
breasts are
used. Fresh garlic in abundant
quanities adds
flavor and is thought to be beneficial
in healthy
living. Dill added to a soft white wine
makes the
marinade full of
zest!
INGREDIENTS
5
cloves of garlic minced finely
4
skinless breasts
of chicken
2TBS Olive Oil, or Saffron
Oil
1tsp. Dried Dill weed, or 1TBS
fresh
dill
2oz White wine(Sautern is
nice)
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all
ingredients in a gallon sized Ziplock
bag. Mix bag
well once it is sealed, let marinade at
least 6 hrs.
Overnight is better. Grill over hot
flames or gas
grill. Aprox. 8 min per side or untill
fully
cooked, yet juicy.
