Enya's Page

You're probably wondering why a Jamaican/American has a page about Enya. I have been a fan of Enya's music since I was 13. Her music has help me relax to the various events that happen in my life. Another thing that I like about her is that she sings of the Caribbean...which the blue water is truly remarkable.

The starry background represents Enya latest CD 'Paint The Sky With Stars.' Since I reach for the stars in everything I do, this scene was perfect. I'm not too crazy about the song though. My favorite album is 'The Memory of Trees." My favorite song by her is 'Anywhere Is' which is currently playing.

ENYA

She is currently the Queen of New Age music. Enya hails from Ireland, but her voice is known everywhere. Born on May 17, she has received numerous awards for her music that were featured in TV programs, movies, and ads (Remember the 'Crystal Light& Carnival cruise line commericals using the song 'Sail Away,' actually the song is Orinoco Flow.) For you hip-hop/rap fans, the song 'Ready or Not' music by the Fuguees was orginally by Enya (known as Boadicea).
