1 kg or 7.5 cups flour, 2 cups water, 2 teaspoons of salt, 40 g (1.5
oz.) yeast.
Prepare dough as in flat bread recipe above. Divide dough into
150-200 g (5-7 oz.) pieces and roll into balls. Flatten into round
bread, 2-3 cm at edges and 5 mm in the center. Make a pattern in the
center with a chekish. Sprinkle water on the underside and bake it in a
tandoor or oven.
