Basic Cake
Batter
3 extra large eggs
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 cup soy protein isolate
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
4 pks. equal
splash vanilla
Beat eggs with oil and water. Stir dry ingredients together
and beat into egg mixture until blended. Bake in greased 7x11
pan at 350*F for 10-15 minutes or until top is set.
Icing
4 Tbsp. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. chocolate extract (or other flavoring)
Soften cream cheese and mix with flavoring. Spread
over cooled cake.
Entire cake has approximately 12g carbs.
