Cheesecake 1

32 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
12 packs Equal
3 eggs


Preheat oven to 350*F. Mix cream cheese and sour cream
in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, beat eggs with
vanilla. Add beaten eggs to cream cheese mixture. Add
Equal. Mix until smooth. Pour into a 9" pie plate. Put
pie plate in a large pan filled with hot water. Place in
oven to cook for 1 hour. Once the hour is up, shut oven off
and leave the cheesecake inside the oven for 1 hour more.

Makes 12 servings at approximately 4.5g carbs each.
