Cinnamon Flaxseed Muffins

3/4 cup soy isolate powder
1/4 cup flaxseed, ground
6 tbsp. Splenda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 large eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup water



Preheat oven to 400*F. Grease 6 muffin tins. Mix all ingredients together. Divide into muffin tins. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until knife inserted into middle of muffin comes out dry.

Each muffin: 5g carbs, 1.7g fiber
