Pecan, Egg & Ham Salad
1 oz. pecans, chopped
2 tbsp. spanish salad olives, chopped
1 tsp. mustard
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 oz. ham, minced
1/2 cup mayo
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix all and chill to let flavors blend.
