Chicken with Feta
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 oz. feta cheese - 2g
6 tbsp. parmesan cheese - 6g
Salt
Basil - 1g
Preheat oven to 350*F. Butter baking dish. Put chicken
breasts in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and basil.
Crumble feta cheese over chicken. Sprinkle tbsp. parmesan
cheese over each piece chicken. Cover dish with foil.
Bake 20-30 minutes or until juices run clear.
Optional: drizzle melted butter over chicken when serving
Approx. 1.5g per chicken breast.
