Loon's Flaxseed Protein Pancakes

2 eggs
4 tbsp. heavy cream
4 tbsp. water
8 crushed nectasweet tablets
1 scoop vanilla flavored protein powder (I used Whey)
1 1/2 scoops plain soy isolate powder
1/4 oz. flaxseed (approx. 1 tbsp.)
1 tsp. baking powder


Beat eggs together with heavy cream, water and crushed
nectasweet tablets. Add in protein powders, flaxseed and baking
powder. Mix well.

Melt butter in nonstick frypan. Cook pancakes over low to
medium heat, until browned on both sides and done.

Makes 7-8 pancakes. Entire recipe: 8.8g carbs, 2g fiber
