Cinnamon Mini-Loaf

2 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 pks. artificial sweetener
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 scoop soy protein isolate
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. psyllium powder
1 tsp. baking powder



Combine all ingredients. Spray mini-loaf pan with Pam, or grease
with butter. Pour batter in and bake in 375* oven for 20-25 minutes.
Approximately 14g carbs, 5g fiber.
