Oregano Chicken

Chicken (or turkey) cutlets
Butter
Olive oil
Oregano
Salt
Lemon juice


Heat frying pan, add butter and olive oil. When hot, add chicken/
turkey cutlets. Sprinkle with salt and oregano. Turn when edges
start to turn opaque. Sprinkle again with salt and oregano. When done,
put on serving plate.

Melt butter, add dash of lemon juice. Pour over cutlets and serve.
