Pecan Meringues

1/4 cup pecans
1 egg white
Cinnamon
Stevia


Beat egg white until foamy. Add sprinkle cinnamon and
few drops stevia. Continue beating until peaks form.

Butter pie pan. Using a teaspoon, put egg whites on pie pan
in mounds. Put a pecan in each mound. Bake at 325*F
until crispy and light brown.
