2 cups pecans
1 egg white
1/4 cup splenda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
Put egg white and pecans into bowl and mix until
pecans are coated. Add splenda, and spices and mix until
evenly coated. Place in a single layer on one or two
buttered cookie sheets. Bake in a 300° oven for
15-20 minutes or until crisp.
