Protein Bread

3 eggs, separated
2 Tbsp. sour cream
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 cup VegeFuel (or other soy protein isolate)
1 Tbsp. baking powder


Combine egg yolks, sour cream, butter, VegeFuel and
baking powder. Beat egg whites until peaks form. Fold
egg whites into batter. Put in buttered loaf pan.

Bake at 350*F for approximately 30 minutes or until
brown. Store leftovers in fridge.
