2 extra large eggs
3/4 cup water
4 Tbsp. Splenda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 scoops soy protein isolate
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cook in waffle maker.
Makes 6 round waffles, 2.4g carb each
