C – K = less to more disability with F neutral
Occupation modified from standard rating and occupational letter
Age variant from occupation modified plus age of applicant at time
of injury = 37 – 41 makes no changes in rating
Younger – less to Older – more disability
Don’t just take the doctor’s report, get D.O.B. and D.O.I.

100%
70% = Sedentary work
60% = Semi-sedentary work (also includes consideration of weight bearing)
to get above 50% must include consideration of weight bearing
50% less capacity = | 50% standard Light Work i.e. No lifting, no bending
(applicant must be able to sit and stand at will)
40% = No overhead work
30% = No heavy lifting | 25% standard No heavy lifting, repetitive bending etc.
25% less capacity = | (1/2 modifier = a 50% loss)
15% = No very heavy lifting | 20% No heavy lifting
No repetitive bending and stooping = 15%
| 10% No very heavy lifting
10% = No prolonged sitting; if alone, but is a non-traditional work restriction.
