Tampon Insertion
I just had my period for amost a year. It is a pain in
the but. Sometimes my pad leak. So i got tampons several days ago, I
have no idea to insert it. help me.. I am very desperate/

It's really quite simple,there should've been a peice of paper in the
tampon box that showed you how to insert it,here's two websites to go

it's got drawings that'll make the instructions easier to understand.
tampons are really comfortable if you put them in right,and put them
far enough in,once you try inserting it once (with the directions on
the webpage) it's really easy to figure out and do.
