SYNOPSIS
The ladies pool their resource and thus enables all three to experience the pleasure of a once in a lifetime trip to a Latin American country. Ah! the excitement of a Mardi Gras, the colorful and scantily costumed gyrating dancers to the beat of drums. The dances which originated in the Americas, the rhumbas, the tangos, the mambos and so many more firsts.
The lucky/unlucky ladies will experiences more than just Argentina. They set out by boarding the wrong plane, by mistake. The plane is then hi-jacked by terrorists who force the pilot to fly them to Cuba, from there it's onto Brazil and then finally, they reach Argentina. Arriving at each of the locations enroute, situations pertain which facilitates music and comedic exchanges of and about the region. The specifics of which are better left to be appreciated on the night of the performance.
The ladies predicament is worthy of a few lines of explanation. Low on funds and on analysis of their tickets they discover they have but one-way airline tickets, Now they are obliged to utilize their wiles to obtain funds for a return flight home. Their efforts to manipulate noble Latin charmers leads to comedic rapprochement.
The sub-plot of terrorists, bandidos and locos are being scrupulously monitored by a famous French Inspector and his sidekick. In due course these crack members of Interpol, arrest the notorious Sanchez, a dangerous and nasty character.
The mannerism of performers of the past and of today are drawn upon to enhance an acting or of singing situations. Memories of the good old days will surely be triggered for many - especially for those who had been exposed to Latin stars and their musical talents as seen in moving pictures.
