I am a Christian. I was involved with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at UR, there is a site for IV. In NC,I attended a community church with some other Deaf Christians and visitors, there are few volunteer interpreters. Yes, it is hard being a Christian but the Lord does care about us.
As now, I have been changing as a Christian, I have been through so much hard times. I learned a lot about my relationship with my Lord. I would not wish many of my experiences upon my future children. That made me think and check into conservative Mennonite sites on the web for information, I like how they try to hold on moral values and meet high standards set by the Lord for us to stand out as true Christians. We need to begin honoring our Lord and fight against things that are destorying our relationship with God.
An update: I am focusing more on my relationship with the Lord and my presentation of Jesus Christ in my life. It has not been and is not easy to be more Christ-like, but praise the Lord that he makes it possible through his power.
