This is the home of a person whose favorite flowers are sunflowers. Sunflowers are an unique kind of flowers. For me, sunflowers has the ability to cheer up any room or a person in different ways. How did I become interested in sunflowers? One day I was planning to do some cross-stitching so I stopped by the craft store to find a pattern. There, a pattern of a vase with sunflowers caught my fancy. An idea of a black background with the picture came into my mind, also I thought it would be lovely to decorate my place with some sunflowers. Afterward I began buying several items with sunflowers.

This is Sunnyflower. I am a 9th grade english teacher in Washington, DC after two years as a teacher in NC (time for a change). After graduating from high school, I went to the University of Rochester for my B.A. in geology, then to Gallaudet University for M.A. in Deaf Education. I like variety of things like: museums, art/crafts, reading (my parents said that I read too much), cooking, and traveling. I had a goldfish (Addams)and a cinnaimon colored hamster (Orange-7)-she passed away the last Sunday of October.
