In Memory of...
This lil' ol' page is just for Howie, Brian, and Kevin who have recently been through hard times.
HOWIE
This past September Howie's sister Caroline Cochran passed away. She died
of a disease called "Lupus." She was only 37 and she had left behind a husband, a child and a
very loving family. The Backstreet Boys had to cancel a concert because of this terrible loss.
(I'm sorry but my heart does not go out to the insensitive fans that were upset due to the postponement of the concert.)
Howie has written a little message for us (from the Official BSB website):
The outpouring of emotion and sympathy I have recieved from
the fans and the media has been overwhelming. Caroline was
only 37 when she lost her battle withthe disease called Lupus.
This disese affects the immune system, often striking young
people like my sister, in their prime.
I would request that instead of sending cards, and gifts in
memory of my sister, a donation could be made to the fund
I have established in her name. This donation would help
towards the research of Lupus with hope a cure could be found,
and no family would have to suffer a loss like ours.
YOU CAN SEND ANY DONATONS TO:

BRIAN
This past May Brian underwent surgery for a congenital heart problem that he had.
He had a break for about six weeks before the U.S. tour so he could be ready for it.
For my part I am very happy that he is ok. I mean what would it be like without Brian?!!
Brian appreciates all the love and concern that his fans have shown for him. Please
be advised that Brian has asked that instead of flowers, cards, and gifts, send donations
to the BRIAN LITTRELL ENDOWMENT FUND FOR PEDIATRIC CARDIOLOGY. Which has been
set up in his name to benifit other children with cardiac problems.
PLEASE SEND CHECKS TO:

BRIAN & KEVIN
It's been talked about that Brian and Kevin's grandfather passed away.
From what I have heard I assume that this is true.
