How To: Stand with feet shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent. Have a bud grasp the ends of a towel while you hold the middle with both hands, palms facing the floor. Keeping your elbows lifted, slowly, pull the towel upto chin level while your bud pulls down. Do at least 2 sets of 20 or 25. Works your: Deltoids (i.e. your shoulders)
Inner Thigh Squeeze
How To: Stand with your right side by a wall and have your feet shoulder width apart. Hold onto the wall for support. Have a friend wrap a towel around your ankle while holding onto the ends. Lift your leg in front of your other leg, hold for a count of 5, then release. Do two sets of 15 to 20 each leg and then repeat. Works your:Inner thighs and quads.
Plie Squat
How To:Facing each other, hold the ends of the towel for balance. Standing with feet slightly turned out and a little wider than shoulder width apart, both of you bend your knees and slowly lower your body, making sure your hips don't drop below your knees. Return to starting position. Do 3 sets of 15. Works your:Quads, inner and outer thighs.
Go for a roll around the park. Of course both of you will look equally funny with all the pads and the helmet. While yous are exchanging sweet nothings, you are working your butt, thighs, lungs and heart.
Take a Hike
Explore Mother Nature with your beau, and at the same time, tone your butt, thighs and calves.Just make sure you dress appropriate. Dress in layers so you can peel them off if you get hot. Also, remember to bring a trail map and lotsa H20.
