HK 2000!!

Catching squids, recently, is one of the popular activities in Hong Kong during the Summer.
Usually, people rent a ship with instructors for go to the sea. Then, the instructor
give everyone a simple fishing tool for catching the squids.

When I heard of this new Summer activity, I was very interested and did not want to miss this
fun thing. The next thing was: my friends made a day for "Squid catching", and hopefully, they
could invite more friends of their own to join. So, we went to catch squids (¦Q ¾¥ ³½) on July 23.
At first, we expected there would be more than twenty people; however, it ended up with 18
people onboard.

It was a great experience to catch the squid. We had a wonderful gathering place with breathtaking ocean view. Among the group, Queenie (my cousin) and I were one of the lucky catchers. Each of us caught a sqid by luck!

While Jacky (another cousin) was catching a crab, Hoo almost caught a squid. I bet the
squid has a strong mind to live because it struggled violently as Hoo was pulling the string above
the sea. At last, the squid managed to escape.
