THE MAN BEHIND THE CHICKEN
My name is Torpedo Joe. Well....
actually that's a nickname. A few
years ago I owned a Coffeehouse and
Deli, called Torpedo Joes. A catch
phrase developed from my advertising.
So when people came in, naturally they
called me "Joe". (Not my real name)
At first I would correct them. But as
time wore on, it became tiresome
explaining the use of a fictious
name. (Mine just didn't have the
right ring to it) So from then on I
was known as "Torpedo Joe".
Being an avid baseball fan all my
life, and beingfrom New York I'm a BIG
new York Yankee fan. Thus the logos
and New York New York theme song.
Joe Schmoe is alsoa Yankee fan.
Although once in awhile I catch him
rooting for the San Diego Padres. I
think he has a "thing" for their
mascot. We have included some of
our favorite stuff. We hope you enjoy
it!
