If Paypal is not for you, I accept personal checks in all major currencies (US, Canadian, British, Western European, Australian, Japanese, etc.). Payment in non-US or non-Canadian currencies will have a flat US$5 surcharge added to cover bank conversion fees. Please do NOT write a check from a non-US bank in a US dollar amount--these cost enormous amounts of money to process.

To order: you will probably be able to open an email window and copy-and-paste the listings of the books that you would like to order into the message body. Simply minimize the email window while you are moving from page to page. If you are working with an older browser, this method may not work and . . . gasp! . . . you may have to copy authors and titles by hand. Alas, I am not computer-literate enough to provide a high-tech ordering system.

Shipping charges:

Within the U.S.:
Bookrate (media mail): $3.00 for the first volume and $1.00 for each additional volume.

Postal insurance $1.30 for $50 worth of coverage; $2.20 for up to $100 worth of coverage.
Shipment insured at no charge for orders over $100.

All other countries:
(Surface or air): Cost of shipping plus $1 handling fee for 1-2 books;
$3 handling fee for 3-4 books; $5 handling fee for 5 or more books.

M-Bag sack mail (4-6 weeks): For large orders only.
$2.25 per kilo with a minimum charge of $10-$12 depending on destination.

Global Priority Mail (4-5 days to most countries):
$9 per volume (book must fit into the "flat rate" envelope)
$7 per volume (Canada only)

For Priority Mail and/or international rates with insurance, please ask for a quote.

*Oversize/overweight book; add $2.00 per asterisked volume to shipping total.
