You're going to have alot of competition when you go out to these shows. This was at the 3rd annual Magnetic Bash in Connecticut. It's a fairly large show. I went to the 4th annual in '98, the turnout was approximately 300 vehicles. The shows are setup in classes, so that all with similar vehicles will be in the same class. You will never be put up against an import if you have a pickup, a hydraulics-equipped vehicle if you have a classic, etc. The larger shows also have levels in the classes, catoring to whether your ride is mild (lowered, rims, mostly bolt-on)or wild (heavy chassis modification, body mods, suicide doors, etc).
