The Playground (The Background)

This one is really good. It's basically a younger version of The Background. I like it!
Everything is quiet
Since you're not around
and I live in silence now
On the playground
I play the games we played before
I play house, I play store.
But they say "Where's that crazy girl?"
You don't buy ice cream and fight no more
Cuz I don't see you anymore
Since the hospital
But the games we make still have you in them
Then you come swimming in my pool
And I'm hanging on your monkey bars
Like I always used to do
The games we played so violently
I want to play them with you
I only know because
I'm all alone
On the playground
Birds they come and some go "tweet, tweet"
Some can't fly but still shuffle their feet
They would never fly to you,
No they would never fly to you
I hear you long after they do
But the games we play still have you in them
Then you come swimming in my pool
And I'm hanging on your monkey bars
Like I always used to do
The games we play so violently
I want to play with you
I only know because I am
All alone
On the playground.
