As I lie here in the dark
I hear my little dog's big bark
I sure wish it was you he is barkin at
but its probably just our crippled old cat
But you live far away, in another state
Thats the part i hate
I miss you more and more everyday
I wish i was in your loving arms
while your showing all your adorable charms
Thats were I'd stay, never wanting to go away..
You live in Ohio
and I live in Idaho
That an awful long way to go..to be with my baby
but ..Hey...you never know, just maybe..
heres i want it to be
I"ll be with you and you"ll be with me...
and our love will be forever true...
