Blue comes from the planet Bon-bon. He was, to his dismay, captured in a raid on Toga-One. It was in that same raid that Blue had suffered blunt-force trauma to the head and lost half his memory. So he can’t remember the name of his race. Because he looks just like humans, he calls himself human, even though he isn’t! The only feature that distinguishes him from humans is the fact that he is colored… blue…
