There you have it...for now but stay tuned. If you don't already have Spirit Dancer, you need to get it now!!!

This is a review of "Spirit Dancer" that appeared in Country Weekly, November 26, 2002 issue:(Mark Marymont)

BlackHawk founding member Van Stephenson may be gone - he died of cancer in 2001 - but he's clearly not forgotten. Surviving leads Henry Paul and Dave Robbins, with bassist Randy Threet filling out their three-part harmony, honor their pal with the soaring title track of Spirit Dancer.

Other highlights include the quietly intense "One Love", the good-natured Cajun drive of "One Night in New Orleans" and the ringing nostalgia of "Gloryland". Throughout their fifth album, it's obvious BlackHawk has managed the difficult chore of gracefully replacing a tragically departed member while fearlessly looking to the future.
