I believe it was during the 3rd song that I decided to go for it and take the flowers which now had begun to wilt from the heat to the stage. He saw me and the flowers and came over to get them. He smiled so sweetly as I handed them to him and I blew him a kiss. I was so unprepared for what happened next. Before I knew it, he'd knealt down and his lips were coming straight for mine. HE KISSED ME ON THE LIPS!!!!!!
I was freaking inside and people were cheering!!! The lady next to me said I bet you won't wash your lips anytime soon! I said, no but I was thinking I'd be licking them all the way home. She got such kick out of that! LOL The show was great but not as wild as in CT, except when he left the stage and ran behind the chairs at the top and hugged a few people. Still watching Phil leap atop that piano is a mastered art to behold, if you've never seen him do it. The crowd was more laid back at this show.
During the show, Ira from Trick Pony came out with his shirt tied up high just under his breast and a Phil t-shirt on with his legs through the sleeves so it looked almost like a sarrong. On his stomach was written I love(heart)Phil. The crowd cracked up as he handed Phil and drink. Then he moved Tim out of the way and started to play the drums. They really cut up then. Oh, almost forgot Trick Pony played the prank on Phil again whereas prior to the show, they placed a small nude photo of a female on each instrument.LOL The audience couldn't see it but the band members and Phil could.
