In previous seasons he was seen in productions with Orlando Opera and The Orlando International Fringe Festival. He was also seen as "Silvio" in I Pagliacci, as well as a series of concerts with MusicLive!(formerly Central Florida Lyric Opera).
Christopher sang his favorite role of "Figaro" in Le Nozze di Figaro in 2002 in NYC, and during the 2000-01 season he was seen as "Raimondo" in Lucia di Lammermoor with Parterre Productions in NYC and "Masetto" in Don Giovanni at the Sanibel Music Festival in Florida.
During the 1999-2000 season Christopher debuted his first "Figaro" in Le Nozze di Figaro with Opera Avanti in NYC under the baton of MET conductor, Steven Crawford and was seen as "Baron Douphol" in La Traviata with Opera Theater of Connecticut. He also performed in a successful production of H.M.S. Pinafore as "The Boatswain" with Mobile Opera, where he was also seen as "Normanno" in Lucia di Lammermoor earlier in the season. As an Apprentice Artist with Ash Lawn-Highland Summer Festival in Virginia, he covered the title role in Le Nozze di Figaro and "Scarecrow" in The Wizard of Oz, and also performed the role of "Elder Ott" in Susannah.
During the 1998-99 season Christopher was named as a Semi-Finalist in the YWCA Studio Club Competition in NYC, was a First Alternate for the 1999 Santa Fe Apprentice Program, was seen as "Dr. Grenvil" in La Traviata with Dicapo Opera , and appeared in recital with MET artist Jane Dutton. He also made his debut with Virginia Opera as "Gregorio" in Romeo et Juliette , and toured throughout the South Pacific, Australia, and South America in a series of concerts aboard Cunard Cruise Lines.
Christopher has been an Apprentice Artist with Virginia Opera, Portland Opera, Connecticut Opera, and Dicapo Opera. He is a member of Actors' Equity Association, and his versatility has led him throughout the country in both Musical Theatre and Opera in such shows as: Brigadoon, Oklahoma!, A Christmas Carol, Wonderful Town, Anything Goes, Amahl and the Night Visitors, Cosi Fan Tutte, I Pagliacci, and Gianni Schicchi . Some of his roles include: "Jud", "Tommy", "Bob Cratchit", "Melchior", "Guglielmo", "Silvio", and "Betto". He has worked with such companies as: Hartford Stage, Connecticut Opera, Portland Opera, New Rochelle Opera, Liederkranz Opera, Rockwell Productions, and many others.
