BROILED FISH- Ala KIM
Living in the Buffalo, Ny area all
my life, Friday nights were always "Fish
Fry" night. Every tavern, restraunt &
bar & grill serve deep fried Haddock
dinners. As a chef in the area, I soon
found many people ordered Broiled fish.
Here is my own version that became every
bit as popular as the Deep Fried "Fsh
Fry". For those on a diet, this may not
seem like a low calorie dish, and it
does have more calories than the
standard broiled fish served in most
places. Fish is a food that absorbs very
little of the grease it is cooked in,
therfore, the flavor of this
presentation makes a few extra calories
well worth it, Skip
dessert!!
