HOMEMADE FUDGE
One of my fondest memories growing
up is my sisters Homemade Fudge. This
is a quick, easy treat that will please
the kids of all ages!!!
Ingredient List
1) 2 squares of Baker unsweetned
chocolate
2) 3/4 cup of milk { whole }
3) 2 cups of sugar
4) 1 tablespoon of butter
5) 1 teaspoon of vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Place chocolate and Milk in saucepan. Stir over medium high heat, until
chocolate is melted and then add sugar stirring continiously until it reaches a boil. Keep boiling and bring
to soft-ball stage on Candy Thermometer.
Take pan off the burner and add butter and
vanilla. Stirring all the time while
saucepan is in cold water bath in sink, beat until it starts to form a shape..Put in
greased pan ( round, square, or heart shaped). Allow to cool and harden, then cut into squares and enjoy.
Makes 1 Pound of fudge
