Today my Dear daughter is your special day,

You'll soon be someone's wife,

Please don't forget though, no matter what,

You'll still be our daughter for life....

We've tried our best, sometimes not so well,

But always with good intentions,

Keep this in mind as you go through your life,

We love you without reservation....

From when you were born, to this very day,

We've seen you grow up and mature,

We want you to have the happiest life,

Great and prosperous for sure....

There's always more we wish we could do,

More things we should have done,

Been with you more, shared your problems,

Laughed when you had fun....

Nothing will give us more satisfaction,

Than to see you two happy forever,

We wish you lots of joy and happiness,

For the rest of your life together....

A Special Friend

They'll always listen instead of talk,

They'll stay with you in bad times, instead of walk,

They will console you when you are sad,

And be sympathetic when you are mad,

They'll  feel the hurt,  when you are in pain,   

And share your joy when you smile again,

They can comfort you in times of sorrow,

And return the favor again tomorrow,

They will stand beside you all the way,

They'll give you support every day,

They'll love you even if undeserved,

Unconditionally, without reserve,

They will care when no one else will,

Always be there, but better still,

They'll be there to the very end,

Know This .......

Know that when you are scared, I am behind you all the way,

Know that when you are unhappy, You'll have my smile all day,

Know that when you are sad or blue, I can try to comfort you,

Know that when you are feeling bad, I feel badly too,

Know this my friend, this for sure, you are always on my mind,

Know this too my special friend, Your words are always so kind,

Know that when you're hurting, it hurts me just as much,

Each Day....

I look forward to when I can lay beside you,

stare into your eyes and tell you how I feel, what I feel,

I look forward to touching your soft skin. I want to see your smile,

and feel the warmth of your body next to mine.

I want to tell you what a difference you've made in my life,

and how much better it is from knowing you.

I want to see my reflection in your eyes, and be able to say nothing,

knowing that the look on our faces can say to each other

what mere words cannot.

I dream of our actions as being a result of nothing

but feelings from our hearts, the knowledge of each others mind,

and a love that is truly genuine...and will last forever.
