The beauty of an evening sunset,

May come as no surprise,

But there's no better way to watch it,

Than to see it in your eyes,

The winds of summer flow by our heads,

Bringing whispers to our ears,

And sharing the feelings with someone like you,

Brings a smile of joy, and tears,

Your caring and understanding,

Your patience and loving too,

Make all my problems easier,

To deal with..knowing you,

I've realized we can handle things,

And work our problems out,

When I am sad, you comfort me,

When I am angry, you calm me down,

When I need to talk, you listen,

When I laugh, you laugh with me,

When I am hurting, you are a tender caring touch,

When I am late, you wait up for me,

When I am nervous, you make things easier,

When I am undecided, you are reassuring,

When I decide, you are supportive,

If something I do isn't perfect, you see the good,

My Life, My Love

To describe the feeling of being in your arms,

Is a thought that doesn't come easy,

All I can say from deep in my heart,

Is I know it would surely please me,

Like a very thick blanket, on a freezing cold night,

The chill would just disappear,

It would feel so perfect, so touching,

Ever so warm and dear,

In all of the words that I seem to know,

There are ones that I still cannot say,

To let you know what you mean to me,

How you've changed my life day by day,

To put things together, in phrases and words,

Just wouldn't seem right to me,

I think my actions, worth a thousand times more,

Would be easier for you to see.....

With You, I Am Never Alone...

I stand alone, near  park, a beach, a peaceful place,

and all I can think about are the simplest pleasures...

A hug, the touch of a hand, a hand on my shoulder,

yet still I stand alone.

A beautiful breeze, a warm sunbeam on my face, and

I close my eyes and just enjoy the moment, but still

I am alone.

Then , I see you....I watch you walk, I feel your energy,

I can breathe your smile, I sense the beauty that you

emanate, covering me like a warm blanket,

but somehow I still feel alone.

Then all at once, you open your heart to me,

I now feel alive inside.....I can feel all the love that

radiates from you, the caring that beams from your soul,

all the dazzling charm you emit, and all the motion

your inner being gives to me.

And now, my precious friend, I am no longer alone,

I stand together with you, side by side,

hand in hand......neither of us walking ahead or behind,

but together.

I am now a whole person, one who has found that because of you,

That I never ever, have to stand alone.
