Linguini Puttanesca

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil                  
  • 1 red bell pepper minced
  • 3 garlic clove minced                      
  • 1 2 lb can crushed tomatoes
  • 8 anchovies chopped
  • 15 or more stuffed green olives sliced  
  • 15 or more black olives sliced
  • 1 teaspoon capers                          
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh basil sliced thin
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes        
Heat oil & sauté garlic and red pepper. Add tomatoes and anchovies. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in rest of ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
