Elbow Room Marinade

The Elbow Room, is a great little restaurant in Jamesport L.I., NY. As it's name implies, elbow room is all there is when they're serving up their wonderful marinaded steaks. I'm not sure if this is the exact recipe, but I can't tell the difference. Give it a try!

• 1 Cup Soy Sauce
• 2 Large Red Onions
• 2 Cloves Garlic
• 1/4 tspn. gravy master
• 2 tspn. Beau Monde seasoning

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend for one minute at high speed. Marinate steaks for 24 hours. Grill steaks.
