Vargheese(Kochayan) the second son of Mathunni Chacko (Acha) married Aley , Poothakuzhiyil, Erthayil while living in Kanjirappally. They had the following children.

1.Chacko (Kochu) married Aly Purathel.

2. Joseph (Kunjeppu) married Alykutty Mampuzhakkal.

3. Mathew (Mathachan) married Mariyam Thattaradi.

4. Mariyamma married to Varkey Skaria, Kaippanplakkal.

and Aley Purathel children Chacko Kochu died in 1970 and Aley Purathel died in 1981. They had the following children.

1.Thresiamma married to Mathai Thomas Mulankasseriyil.

2. Marykutty married to Mathew Kuttyvayalil.

4. Annamma married to Mathew Idamannel.

and Alykutty Mampuzhakkal children

1.Joseph was a second world war veteran under the British Army. He was son of Varghese Kochunju and Aley Poothakuzhiyil. He died in December 2, 1984. He had the following children while living in Kanjirappally.

1. Lucykutty married to P.M. Sebastian, Vadakkepulimukhathu.

2. Gracykutty married to M. M. Joseph, Mulankasseriyil-Karikkattoor.

3. Mercy.

3. P.V. Mathew (Mathachan)

and Thresia Marykutty children. P.V. Mathew married Thresia Marykutty, Thattaradiyil while living in Kanjirappally. They had the following children.

1. Alykutty (daughter) married to Antony Chilampikunnel, Inchiyani.

2. Tresia Valsamma (daughter) married to Mathew Koonankunnel.

3. Sr. Mariyamma, Carmelite Convent.

4. George ,Georgekutty (Son) married Susamma, Erthedathu, Manimala.

5. Joseph (Son) married from Kandankariyil, Vechuchira..

and Varkey Poothakuzhiyil. Mariyamma the daughter Kochunju and Aley Poothakuzhiyil married to Skaria, Kaippanplakkal. The following are the children while living in Thoprankuty , Hyrenju.

1. Skaria (Baby) B.A.B.ed. married Gracy Piriyanmakkel, Kanjiramattam.

2. Rosamma (daughter) married to Mathew Mannakathu.

3.George (Son) is an engineer at Abudabi.

4. Aleyamma is a teacher, Thopramkudi.

5. Mariyamma is a teacher at Thopramkudi.

3.Mariyamma daughter of Mathunni Chacko, Acha

and Kunjappan (Dummini) Illikkamuryil.

3.Mariyamma was a third daughter of Mathunni Chacko and Aley Karakkattu. Mariyamma married to Dummini (Kunjappan)Illikkamuriyil while living in Kanjirappally. The following were their children.

1. Kunjukutty.

He was a painting contractor. His family had settled in Pampavali. He had three children, one boy and two girls. I am looking forward to get further details about Kunjutti family. All I remember his wit and humour in his life time.

4.Annamma daughter of Mathunni Chacko,Acha

and Augusthy Malikapurathu, Kaniyekkattu .Annamma, was the fourth daughter of Mathunni Chacko (Acha) and Eley Karakkattu. Annamma married to Augusthy Malikapurathu, Kaniyekkattu. Annamma died after the birth of her first born baby,'Mariyamma' and leaving her baby as her survivor.After Annamma's death, 'Valliakunju' Annamma's older brother took and adopted Mariyamma as his own child and brought her up until her marriage.

married to Kunjeppu (Ouseph) Kallekulathu Thayil. The following were her children.

1. Mariyam (junior)

married to Joseph Villanthanathu. They had the following children. a.Kunjukutty (died),b.Pappa(died on 17th July2009), c.Elikutty,d.Mathukutty(died),e. Thommachan, f.Achamma, g. Lucy.

2. Joseph (Pappachan)

married Mariyam, Arakkal Parampil-Thidanadu. The following are their children.

a. Joseph.b.Mary. c.Aleykutty (died) d. Achamma (died).e.Lilly.f.Baby.g.Charley.

3. Annamma(died) married to Appachan Pendanathu.

4. Thresia(died) married to Ulahannan, Pottananiyil, Theekkoi.

5 Thomman married Eley Puthen Purakkal.

Thomman (died in 1968)married Eley Puthen Purakkal. They had four children.

6. Fr. George Thayil.

Rev.Fr. George Thayyil was born sixth in a family of seven to Ouseph Kunjeppu, Thayyil and Mariyamma daughter of Augusthy, Kaniyekkattu-Malikapurathu of Palai in Palai Diocese. After his high school education in Poonjar, and priestly studies at Mangalapuzha Seminary, he was ordained as priest on March, 1962. After he served as Asst. Vicar at Chemmalamattam, Ramapuram, Chennadu, he continued his higher studies in Theology and Canon Law in Germany and returned to Kerala in 1968 . He served as Vicar at Urulikunnu, Maniyamkunnu, Palakkattumala, Anthyalam. He returned to Germany in 1987 for his unhealthy diabetic treatment and now he settled there for good..

5.Kochuchacko, Kunjappan Ichayan son of Mathunni Chacko, Acha

Kochuchacko was fifth son of Mathunni Chacko. He was born during the year 1880. He was a language oriented in various languages. He was very good in the proficiency of the English language. Kochuchacko married Annamma, Marattil Karippal while living in Kanjirappally. The following were their children.

1. Chacko (Kochu)

was settled at Thottumukham, Malabar. He had three children. Further details are unknown.

Alykutty

married to Devasia Pulimoottil, Vazhoor.

married Annakutty Kurumullil. The following are their children. a. James Chacko. b.Mathew Tomi, BA.Bed. c. Jessy. d. Sherley.

6.Mathai Chacko son of Mathunni Chacko ,Acha

Mathai Chacko married Annamma Illikkamuriyil while living in Kanjirappally. He was a good farmer. They had the following three children.

1. Chacko married Rosamma Mullankuzhiyil, Nedunkunnam.

The following are their children.

a. Annamma married to Kuruvila Alakkaparampil, Koottikkal.

b.Thresia (Sisily) married to Sebastian Mulankassseri, Kanamala.

c. Mariam married to Sebastian, Ellukunnel, Thankamani.

d.Mathew, Baby married Annamma Valummel ,Kochuthovala.

2.Dominic, Appi Asan son of Mathai Annamma

He was a famous musician and drama actor. Dominic married Alykutty Karackal while living in Kannimala. He died during the year 1986 while living at Thottumukham, Malabar.

7.Chandi Kunjandi, (AD.1882-1965?)

son of Mathunni Chacko, Acha.

Chandi Kunjandi married Kunjeli ,Chukkanani-Ampazhathinal. He was all along a secluded in throughout his life.

Kunjandi was a man of true life of humor. But his life was a great tragedy. He had a marriage arranged by his parents. He never met her before his cermoney of marriage. For his period the parents decides, promises in marriage of their son, and undertakes the marriage. There was no questioning of their decision.

Kunjandi married to Kunjeli, Chukkanani Ampazhathinal. But they did not live together. They seperated their marriage even before the first night.

Kunjandi was 6 feet large and very a good in the physique.

There was another funny incident in his life. There were no car, bus, or truck while he was an adolescence. A truck came via Kanjirappally. This incident was a quiver for children in Kanjirappally. They wanted to see the truck close to them and to obtain a turn in the truck. Kunjandi blocked the truck. He made a wall with the rock through the slow truck.The truck stopped and the children were happy to see this strange in some of their lives.

The Police arrested and carried Kunjandi in the same truck to the Police station.The other children ran away from his group while Kunjandi obtained stopped.Thus Kunjandi got a credit as a first traveller in the truck through Kanjirappally.
