I woke up psyched and pumped, it has been a little under 2 years since I have seen my boys. So I picked up the lovely Niki, and we were off to Avon to pick up my Bass player (Delusional Spell) John and his girlfriend Sarah. With KISS on the radio we were off.

We spent the day at the "Galleria" mall just near the arena. People romed the mall in KISS t-shirts. Then after some eats and a little shopping it was time to go down to HSBC and rock out.

Chillin' by the tour bus to see KISS, no luck, so we baught some programs and lined up and waited for the doors to open up around 6:00. Getting soaked in the rain sucked. We were in, row 28 on the floor, to my amazement pauls platform was right next to us. Skid Row played, they had one cool song I liked, Nugent is an asshole, but "Cat Scratch Fever" was cool.

Then it came time, during the "We Won't Get Fooled Again" over the PA by "The Who", The black curtain was released and covered the stage. The house lights were down and KISS was lowered from the top of the stage like the gods they are. "Detroit Rock City" set the tone, the 80's songs went awsome as well. Then it was time for "Love Gun".

Paul flew out and we were front row for "Love Gun" (as you can see in the pictures) It was awsome, he possed for Niki, she even got a pick from him. The night ended with "Beth" and "Rock And Roll All Night" and KISS told us to never forget them, because "Tonight there was a band who cared, Tonight it was real!" and it was, there will never be another KISS. I will say my farewell to them in September as I see KISS for the 4th and last time. June 24th . . . . it was AMAZING!
