Lei Magnus
Known as the "Great Philosopher," Lei Magnus is the creator of the Dragon Slay (now called the Dragon Slave), and a carrier of one of the seven pieces of Shabranigdo. And what no one but the mazoku knows is he's also the Demon King of the North, sealed by the Water Dragon King during the Kouma-sensou.
Though he's sealed under Mt. Katart he is able to comunicate with the other pieces and semingly the five subordinates. It was Lei who told Hellmaster about Lina so she could be used to bring chaos back to the world. Lei is the one who gave Xellos the blood talismans, which he had recieved from The Lord of Nightmares.
