JD Collins is the pen name of John Clennan. He served as Law Assistant to the Justices of the Appellate Division: Second Department in Brooklyn NY, Judge Advocate in the US Army and for many years acted as court appointed attorney... Of him the former Nassau County Panel Administrator once said "he never turned me down -- no matter how difficult the case..."
