Clare Wren portrays the beautiful, mysterious house mother, Rachel Dunn. Hired by Teaspoon, the arrival of the earthy, yet calculating Rachel immediately piqued the interest of the riders.

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Clare was raised in Texarkana, Ark., with three brothers, a pianist mother and a doctor father. Growing up, she spent time in Central America with her family while her father was on medical missionary trips. As a youth, Clare participated extensively in gymnastic competetions, living and training at the prestigious "Olympia Training Center" in Louisiana.

After injuring her knee in a competition during her senior year of high school, Clare was propelled to seek alternatives for her future. That fall, she was accepted at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas where she spent her first year on crutches, recovering from extensive knee surgery. While at SMU, Clare became heavily involved in theater, and ended up graduating from the Professional Acting Program along with a degree in psychology. After college, she moved to Los Angeles to further pursue her acting career.

Wren's episodic television credits include "Jake and the Fatman," "Mancuso: FBI," "Hunter," "L.A. Law" and "In The Heat Of The Night." Additionally, she co-starred in the CBS television movie "Who's Julia?"

Her film credits include lead roles in the Fries Entertainment thriller "Lady of Lazarus" and the MGM/UA production of "Season of Fear," as well as featured roles in Imagine's "No Man's Land" and Atlantic Releasing's "Extremities."

Her participation in the Bear Gardens Shakespeare's Workshop in London led to her performance at the Bear Gardens theatre as the Queen of France in "Love Labours Lost." Her additional theater credits include starring roles in "The Nerd," and "The Foreigner" at the Burt Reynolds Theater and the role of Maggie in "Cat On A Hot Tin Roof" for the Arizona Theatre Company.

Wren resides in Los Angeles and has just taken on a real life role of motherhood. On July 2, 1991 daughter Georgia was born to her and actor William Russ.
