The Denver Rocky Mountain News has established a drive to raise money for a memorial to the victims of the Columbine High School tragedy. Contributions may be mailed to the Columbine Memorial Fund, c/o The Jefferson Foundation, 809 Quail St., Building 1, Lakewood, CO 80215.

The United Way has established a "Healing Fund" to support victims and their families as well as local violence prevention programs and agencies. Send contributions to The Healing Fund, P.O. Box 46531, Denver, CO 80201. In addition, all branches of Colorado's five largest banks -- Colorado BankOne, First Bank, KeyBank, Norwest Bank and U.S. Bank -- will all accept donations.

The Jeffco Safe Students Fund has been established by the LMC Community Foundation, the parent organization of Exempla Healthcare. Contributions should be made payable to LMC Community Foundation, designating the Jeffco Safe Students Fund, and sent to 4851 Independence St., Suite 159, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. A fund to build a memorial garden and meditation center in Clement Park has been established by Colorado Garden Show Inc. Donations may be mailed to Columbine Students' Memorial Garden Fund, c/o Key Bank, 151 W. Mineral Ave., No. 107, Littleton, CO 80120, or can be dropped off at any Key Bank in Colorado.

The Jeffco Schools Credit Union has established a fund to support community programs for Columbine High School families. Contributions should be sent to the Columbine Memorial Fund, Jeffco Credit Union, 355 Union Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80228.

King Soopers has established a support fund for the Columbine High School community and will be processing donations to a dedicated account at the Sooper Credit Union through all 77 stores. Contributions may be mailed to Sooper Credit Union, 5590 W. Evans Ave., Denver, CO 80227.

University Hospital has set up a telephone message line for the family of Mark Taylor, 16, who was wounded in the shootings. Call (303) 315-4388.
